Recruitment and Selection Policy


The objective of this Recruitment and Selection Policy is to define the principles and guidelines to be followed in the process of selecting new employees, new employees who are intended to have a profile aligned with and in accordance with the values practiced and implemented by the Helpdesk Público.


Having the best professionals is essential to be able to provide our services effectively and rigorously to our Stakeholders.


The Helpdesk Público is based on the conviction that human capital is the company's main asset, giving it due importance and prominence.


The Helpdesk Público Recruitment and Selection Policy is based on the following principles:


  • Comply with legal requirements regarding recruitment and selection;


  • Establish transparency in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the treatment of all candidates;

 

  • Attract new candidates with requirements and skills appropriate to the open position, as established by the company's Job Description and Analysis Manual;


  • Provide decent working conditions that are above the market average, in order to attract and retain the best talent;


  • Always promote internal recruitment, firstly giving Helpdesk Público employees the opportunity to develop their careers.

 

As a Startup, we have a long way to go, and to achieve this we need the best professionals in the market, we need the most qualified and best prepared professionals to face the challenges of a constantly changing market in which companies have to adapt as quickly as possible. To achieve this, we have established continuous training plans based on the logic that the best professionals in the market should be in-house, promoting equal access to training and continuous improvement as people and employees.

 

We believe that this is the only way to effectively value our assets, promoting career management plans and an organic growth policy for the structure in the coming years.
